Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were high-end with tasteful decorating, but I was disappointed that two lamps didn't have light bulbs. The three queen beds were comfortable, but unfortunately, my stay was not possible due to being fully booked.
I arrived at the hotel quite late in the middle of the night, and unfortunately, the room didn't match what was shown in the pictures despite having a printed confirmation. However, the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.
Upon arrival, the front desk lady was extremely rude and ignorant, but the room was clean despite a musty smell and finding an empty bottle under one bed. The service was wonderful and helpful, from room service to housekeeping. The location was ideal for shopping, although the hotel was showing its age. The dining experience offered unique choices and delicious dishes. On the downside, the property lacked modern facilities and was a bit overpriced.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, which I loved, but the decor seemed a bit worn and dated, making the room feel overpriced for what it offered. The service was pleasant overall, although they wouldn't provide a receipt at checkout, which was a bit inconvenient. The location was ideal for me, with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance, even though the carpeting gave off an unclean and outdated vibe. The dining options were reasonable in cost, but the quality left something to be desired. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, but unfortunately, they didn't offer a free breakfast anymore. The staff was super helpful when I needed to change my reservation, and they didn't charge me extra for it. The location was central to everything that makes Fredericton charming, but getting in and out with a vehicle could be a bit tricky. Overall, a great experience with a few small drawbacks.
